The performance of the Second Symphony has charm and ample energy, while the Fifth, if not the most powerful version in the catalog, generates a considerable amount of momentum. Thanks for sharing this. I was on the lookout for this one on the web, and for the CD coupling the the 3rd and the 8th symphonies.
